Migraines – An Acute, Aching Headache

  • Foods containing tyramine (aged cheese, chicken livers, some beans, red wine, figs and smoked fish), monosodium glutamate (MSG), or nitrates (like hot dogs, salami and bacon)

Symptoms of migraine:-
